These are the terms and conditions which apply to your use of this Website. You are required to read this important information carefully before you proceed any further with access to this Website, and any associated purchases. These terms and conditions relate to purchases/downloads made at www.jmahrhub.org. By using the website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers. JMA HR Hub (www.jmahrhub.org is a trading/brand name of J Mann Associates Ltd. This site is provided and owned by J Mann Associates Ltd (www.jmassociates.org). These terms and conditions apply to your use of every part of this Website. Separate terms and conditions will apply to any websites accessible via a hypertext link from this Website.

Membership Fees
Upon purchase you will become a member of JMA HR Hub. Transfer of membership between individuals of the same organisation cannot be carried out. You will be given a membership status corresponding to the subscription fee paid.

HR Hub membership continues indefinitely, and your subscription fee shall continue to be payable unless you provide us with written notice of your membership: or we terminate your membership in accordance with these terms. In either case you will not be entitled to a refund of any or part of the subscription fee paid or payable.

If you have purchased an annual membership subscription this agreement will be for an initial 1 year period and shall continue automatically thereafter annually from year to year, unless terminated by either party giving a minimum of one months notice in writing.  All sums payable to us under this agreement shall become due immediately on its termination for any reason, despite any other provision. In respect of services supplied by us but for which no invoice has been submitted, we may submit an invoice, which shall be payable immediately on receipt. This provision is without prejudice to any right to claim for interest under the law, or any such right under this agreement.

Accessing the Site
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms of use.

J Mann Associates Ltd will endeavour to ensure that this Website is accessible for 24 hours a day. However, J Mann Associates Ltd will not be liable if, for any reason, the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.
